Nessie lives with Maria and her pack here at Shahrans. She is a very cute and happy little girl, with a layed back and very sweet temperament. She is also a big yodeller!

Nessie started out with BEST IN SHOW puppy at her first show, only 4 months old, followed by BOB baby in tough competition at DKK Roskilde nordic show and BEST IN SHOW 2 puppy a couple of weeks later. At 6 months of age she was BEST IN SHOW 2 puppy at SKK Tvååker Nordic show from a huge amount of puppies and the week later she was BEST IN SHOW puppy at the Swedish Basenji Specialty show! Her first year in the rings resulted in being #1 Basenji Puppy Of The Year 2018! During her first year in the adult classes she managed to get the two CCs needed fast and also Crufts qualification, placement in BEST IN SHOW junior and placed in best bitch at the Swedish Basenji Specialty with tickets to both 'best head' and 'best movement'. At the first show in 2020, just a few weeks after turning two years of age, she gained her final CC for the Swedish Champion title! After a break from the show ring during the pandemic, Nessie got her Danish and International Champion titles at the first possible try and also has several Group placements at international shows.
