Meeko is our youngest and future hope of Shahrans! Meeko was just meant to be. One picture of her from her breeder in Denmark and it was decided - Meeko was going to move to Sweden and live with Therese and her pack. She is a very happy and sweet girl that always wants to be the center of attention. Her energy and curious nature, with a big passion for hunting birds and exploring everything she comes in contact with, there is never a boring moment with Meeko. Thank you Annemari for sending Meeko to us, we love her inside and out!

Meeko has done very well in the show rings despite her young age with winner titles, CCs from Sweden and Denmark, multiple BEST IN SHOW junior, including at the Swedish Basenji Specialty show and multiple BEST IN SHOW puppy. At her first show, 6 months old and one day of age, she won BEST IN SHOW puppy at the Nordic show in Skara, and on her 9 months birthday she was Runner-Up BEST IN SHOW adult at the Swedish Basenji Specialty's Colour Match. On her first KC show as a junior, 9 months old, she was BEST IN SHOW junior at the international show in Ronneby. At almost two years of age she has won several BOB and either a CC or a R-CC on all shows she has entered! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this little girl.
